Paul has been involved in grapevine research since 1994, investigating aspects of flowering and fruit composition. His current work focuses on the links between grape biochemistry and wine chemistry and sensory attributes. He is presently the leader of the High Value Crops group based on the Waite Campus where most of CSIRO’s grapevine research is conducted.
