The 17th AWITC workshop program includes 34 workshops all to be held on Sunday, 21 July. The workshops are designed to provide an intensive, and in many cases ‘hands-on’ learning experience for conference delegates. This year’s workshop program includes a wide variety of topics across viticulture, winemaking, business, sensory science and health/regulatory matters, with many of the workshops featuring tastings. Delegates are encouraged to register early to secure a place in their selected workshop/s. In the event a workshop is full, delegates can add their name to a waitlist by contacting the Conference Secretariat at [email protected]. Seminar-only workshops are priced at $150; those with a tasting component are priced at $190. Amounts are in Australian dollars and include GST.
